I had to cancel last minute and they rebooked

The dentist is very good. I had to cancel the appointment last minute and they said they'd rebook it for me. They're quite good.
Where is their duty of care?

Wisdom Dental Practice removed me as a patient from their Practice without consultation. I had been unable to visit the Practice during 2020 due to COVID restrictions and they used this as the reason for removing me. I am now left without a dentist as all other dentists are not taking new patients. Where is their duty of care?

Hygienist gave very good advice .
Not pleased with the Dentist .Her attitude towards my husband and myself in our opinion was unhelpful and unprofessional .They are local.practice which supports their local people .

Been complaining of tooth ache for a while told had a gum infection, not satisfied went to another dentist and tooth had to come out result
