Ridiculous obstructive appointment system.

Very good and I can get appointments with them.

The GP made an assumption that I wasn't smart until I told them I was at university. I have dyspraxia and he didn't understand the condition I have.

Quite good, get appointments by going online and that is better than waiting hours on the phone. They send a link and then sort an appointment. Really good.

Due to the inefficiency of this practice, they have just changed their policy and it will now take five working days to sign a repeat prescription.

I have a chronic condition, and get recurring infections. If treated early the infection is mild and soon clears. It's impossible to get urgent appointments; they tell me to see a Pharmacist; Neither will the surgery give me an emergency stock of antibiotics at home, which would be the best option for all of us.
This has been going on for several years now. Fortunately I have paid privately and now have my emergency stock.

One doctor there knew I was depressed and insisted on getting medication, she told me to go to support groups which helped me a lot, which helped me get out of depression.

Their triage system allows the doctors to hide behind texts. You can’t speak to a doctor unless they call you. You can’t ask questions or have a discussion.

They're great and as accessible as they can be. Attentive and friendly.

You have to fill in the online form. Then they get someone to call me back. There isn't any continuity you get an appointment with whoever. They don't encompass all the care and just treat you in the moment. They always tell you to look on the website for answers and they don't read your history before appointments.
