Birmingham Children’s Trust – Friends and Family Support Survey

Birmingham Children’s Trust would like to find out more about how well they are supporting you.  In particular they would like to know how satisfied you are with the support groups they currently provide and your thoughts about new support groups which they are considering setting up.
The last page asks about support groups for the children and young people you care for.  If possible they would like you to complete this page with your children so their opinions are also captured.
This survey is for carers living in Birmingham and the surrounding area who would be able to physically access support groups being run in Birmingham.
