Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust now has online consultations as an additional way for patients and service users to access community and specialist services.
This is a key part of work to restore clinical services and support communities following the initial phase of the Trust’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In order to ensure that online consultations best meet your needs, the Trust would like to know your views on the advantages and disadvantages of accessing services in this way. This feedback will be used to develop and improve the service.
