Children and young people’s health services – survey for parents

Are you a parent of a child or young person? Are health services being offered in a way that meets children and young people’s needs?
NHS Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) recognises that good health and well-being is crucial for children and young people to reach their full potential.
The CCG knows that there are currently health inequalities for children and young people in Birmingham and Solihull, and that there needs to be a greater focus on the importance of early help to reduce the chances of poor health in the future.
