Newport Road GP Practice Relocation

From Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Newport Medical Group is proposing to relocate Newport Medical Practice patients to Stoney Lane Surgery and extend this practice which is approximately 500 metres away.
As your local CCG we have a responsibility to inform and consult you on the proposed changes. Therefore, we would like to invite you to join us and discuss the proposed plans and get your views on these as well as listening to your questions, concerns or any suggestions that you may have.
