Social care assessment quality survey 2017 – Birmingham City Council

The Adult Social Care and Health Directorate is seeking views from people who have recently had a social care assessment.
As part of their aim to continually improve services, they are seeking your views on how well you think the assessment was undertaken. This is part of a regular round of surveys which will help the Council identify where social care practice can be improved.
Deadline to share your views: 30th November 2017.
