Summerfield Primary Care Centre – future of service

Patients in Sandwell and West Birmingham are being asked for their views on the future of GP services at:
Summerfield Primary Care Centre, 134 Heath Street, Winson Green, Birmingham, B18 7AL
The contracts for these practices are due to expire on 31 March 2019 and a public consultation has been launched from 5 February 2018 to decide what the future of these practices should be in order to best meet the health needs of our local population. Patients and other local stakeholders are being asked for their views on options for each practice and they have until 19 March 2018 to respond.

This consultation focuses on the GP practices themselves, not on the walk-in centre services at Parsonage Street walk-in centre or Summerfield Urgent Care Centre.
