Have you, or has somebody close to you, been diagnosed with dementia in the last few years? If so, share your experiences with the Department of Health and join the Dementia 2020 Citizens’ Panel for England and play a direct role in improving services for the future.
The survey is part of an initial evaluation of dementia services for people living with dementia and their carers. It focuses on two key areas – the diagnosis process itself and the support you received after the diagnosis.
