What did you tell us about your experiences of health and social care in March 2017?
Our latest infographic provides a snapshot of what people have been telling us about when sharing their experiences of health and social care services in Birmingham. We continue to hear issues about appointment availability, but are pleased to see experiences of treatment and care quality are mostly positive. We will note the increase in negative feedback about dignity and respect to understand further what patients and the public are experiencing.
