Help Birmingham City Council shape the future of day opportunity services

October 28, 2022

Following our investigation into day opportunity services, Birmingham City Council is running consultation events for service users and their carers to understand what their needs are going forward.

The co-produced review of day opportunities accessed by Birmingham citizens, will be taking into account the experiences shared in our report and the improvements service users told us they would like to see. This includes a drop-in event for anyone with an interest and two events specific to carers, to understand people’s experiences being back at day opportunity services following lockdown and how they feel services could support them in the future.
