Look out for Healthwatch Birmingham on the buses!
In September and October, Healthwatch Birmingham will be raising awareness of the importance of health and social care patient feedback by advertising on local buses across the city.
Posters will be featured within 200 buses on over 50 routes, from the 19th September to the 16th October 2016.
The campaign is encouraging more people to have their say and rate local health and social care services, such as GPs, hospitals, care homes, dentists, opticians, pharmacies or community based care. Posters will aim to make sure people understand that their experiences matter and will explain how they can feedback via our Feedback Centre, Information and Signposting Line (0800 652 5278) or email info@healthwatchbirmingham.co.uk . Members of the public can really help improve services in their city.
