What did you tell us about in April 2017?
What did you tell us about your health and social care experiences in April 2017?
Throughout April we have received over 100 reviews by patients, the public, service users and carers about their experiences of local health and social care services through our Feedback Centre.
Our latest infographic provides a snapshot of the feedback trends emerging from people’s reviews. We have heard an increase in positive feedback about staff attitude and people rating their treatment quality as positive. We are still hearing mostly negative experiences about appointment availability in primary care GP services, with trends about dignity and respect including people sharing their experiences of involvement, engagement, inclusion, confidentiality or privacy. However, this has improved compared to March’s trends on this issue.
We continue to monitor all trends in patient feedback, sharing with those delivering and commissioning local services so we can drive improvement for patients across Birmingham. You can find out how to share your feedback below.
