Healthwatch Birmingham has published our latest infographic, which provides a snapshot of what people have been telling us through our Feedback Centre.
We continue to hear positive experiences about treatment and care, as well as staff care and attitude in health and social care services. Waiting times and appointment availability remains common issues patients and the public tell us about. An increase in feedback about social care is also providing Healthwatch Birmingham with a greater understanding of the quality of care people are experiencing in the community, in their home or in nursing or residential homes.
We monitor all trends in patient feedback, sharing with those delivering and commissioning local services so we can drive improvement for patients across Birmingham. You can find out how to share your feedback below.
