When Mrs J called us to tell us about her experiences of her local GP, we helped her access the support she wanted: Mrs J called us to share feedback about her local GP. Unhappy with her treatment, she didn’t know how to raise her concerns. We put Mrs J in touch with her local NHS complaints advocacy provider who helped her raise her concerns. She is now happy with the treatment she is receiving.

Mr W contacted us to share his experiences of NHS waiting times. We provided him with information to help: Mr W had been waiting several months for major surgery and was concerned this was too long. We provided him with the section of the NHS Constitution which outlines what the maximum waiting times should be. Mr W told us: “The information you provided gave me the knowledge and confidence to raise a formal complaint with the hospital”. As a result he received a date for surgery.
