What have people been telling us about their experiences of local health and social care services?
August has seen Healthwatch Birmingham receive a record amount of patient and public experience about local health or social care services.
Through community engagement, our #FeedbackonFriday campaign and people sharing their experiences directly through our online Feedback Centre, we have received lots of feedback about services such as GPs, Hospitals, Social Care, Dentists and more. This helps us understand what is working well, or where improvement is needed.
All experiences are placed on our Feedback Centre, where people can also view ratings and reviews submitted by other people about specific services across the city.
