Good but hard to get appointments.

Only problem is getting appointments. It is an issue. you have to ring by 8AM and the line is still busy. Everything else is okay and once you're able to see a doctor they are good with communication.

I am very satisfied with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can get appointments easily. Very good communication with the doctors and they explain everything very well. The pharmacy in there is good too. I get my medication easily.
It’s hard to book an appointment

They gave me a link. It’s hard to book an appointment specially when you have 3 kids. can use NHS 111 but it’s one per call and when you have 3 kids it can be difficult.

Have to wait a week for an appointment some times- not very good. Used to much better. different doctors each time. no consistency with care. care good when I get to see doctor.

My son hurt his neck in school, bought him to see gp but senior gp refused to see him even though he is only 6 yrs was told to go to walk in centre. The surgery was completely empty.

Been trying for nearly two weeks to get an appointment with the doctor only to be told that on every occasion that I've phoned that all the appointments are taken for the day and to call back next morning.
The service has really deteriorated over the last two years. It's virtually impossible to get an appointment.

Caribbean vaccines worked well

Been twice before my holiday, in which I had to get two vaccines for a family holiday. The place is busy, but well presented and the car park is usually available. Good service, tidy and the people there are nice.
