Very difficult to get an appointment.

Very difficult to get an appointment and if you get one by chance you have to sit in the waiting area for more than an hour to see the GP.
Got an appointment and referral quickly.

Very good doctors. They sent me to the hospital for my knee pain. I got an appointment quickly with them and they sent me to the hospital.
The doctor is good with my daughter.

It's okay there. I see a doctor and they are good with my daughter. I can call them and they tell me when the next available appointment or to go to 111 if I cannot get one soon enough.
Listen and engage

The reception staff go an extra mile for you every time. Appointments are easily available and the GP's listen to you and engage with you very well.
Give you future appointments not same day.

They're okay but when you need an appointment they will give you one for 2 to weeks in the future. That is too long to wait.
They were good when I went for my knee.

I went there for my knee and they were good. The call was long but it was okay. They said that they would refer me onto the hospital for scans and that I should rest it in the meantime.

Whenever I am ringing to speak to receptionist I don’t like having to explain everything to them. Receptionist aren’t sympathetic, they give an appointment 3 weeks later.
