Long waits and rude reception staff

Long waits on the phone all of the time. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

We can easily get appointments. Staff are very kind, helpful and polite.
Face to face appointments are wonderful

No appointments

They're okay, but trying to get through on the telephones is hard. When you do get through they say there are no appointments. When you do get an appointment, they only provide telephone appointments as they are not seeing people face to face.

Had chest infection.. Dr followed up on day 5 by phone and when I said I wasn't feeling better.. made me an appointment to get checked.
Rude and unfriendly receptionist

The receptionist here acts as if she is the Doctor. She insists people tell her their issues when calling to book an appointment. She is rude and unfriendly to new members of the clinic. This practice has gone sharply down hill. A number of Doctors there too seem incomptent.
