Daughter was not diagnosed for lung failure for 2 years.
Difficult to see GP in person

Not happy with them to be honest. It's difficult to see a doctor in person and they do everything all over the phone. When my daughter had scarlet fever, I kept telling the GP but they wouldn't see her. I had to raise my voice to get her to be seen and they eventually saw her face to face.
Sometimes you struggle making appointments.

When I go to see them, they're okay. I saw them yesterday and it went alright. Sometimes you struggle making appointments. They see me when they're available.

They are very good, help you with minor illnesses. I will be honest with you. I shouldn’t have to go to them. I should be able to see my GP but they have been helpful.

Takes a long time to get through by phone. I had an appointment and most of them seem to happen over the phone. Sometimes I would prefer to see them face to face because some things you cannot explain over the phone, but they don't always give you the option.
