Not given the option for f2f appointment

Takes a long time to get through by phone. I had an appointment and most of them seem to happen over the phone. Sometimes I would prefer to see them face to face because some things you cannot explain over the phone, but they don't always give you the option.

Easy to access

Easy to access when you go for enquiry in person. The staff is helpful. Nurses are friendly & willing to answer my questions even though the question is about my husband.
