My GP is good.
Hard to get appointments

You call at 8AM and they say there aren't any appointments left. They then book you in for two to three weeks later.
No complaints

GPs rush and don't listen

Very difficult to get an appointment and the GPs do not listen to you. They just rush through everything.

The GP surgery is good. The time is short for appointments, especially my children. It takes longer for adults though.

Not very accessible.

It's not very accessible. Very difficult to get an appointment. I have to phone at 8am to get one. When you get one, eventually, they are good and friendly. They signpost you to appropriate services.
Excellent care and support to my children

They have provided excellent care and support for complex needs children. The GPs are very helpful. The reception team is always helpful. I can easily get appointments.
Reception need more training.

Reception staff lack in basic training about how to deal with patients. Very difficult to get an appointment. The GP's are wonderful and try to help as much as they can.
