Helpful staff but challenging online system

It is hard to get an appointment, you call first thing and online is also challenging to answer the questions they ask appropriately. The staff are helpful and doctors too.

I'm satisfied with them so far, it isn't too far from my house. So it's easy to access. Not as easy to get an appointment though. Before you could call, but now it is online and not everyone can do it online or has internet. The staff are good, good communication, I'm quite satisfied.
Nice attentive staff

It's not bad, it's okay. Staff are quite nice, they attend to you and respond to your queries, It's easy to get an appointment. The GPs are okay and provide good communication and feedback.
I can get same day appointments

You can make same day appointments and see the GP. I am satisfied with them.
Misdiagnosed

They misdiagnosed my cancer and ligament issue. I was sent for imaging rather than being sent to a specialist and referred properly and early. I lost so much time.
Appointments are still challenging.

Parts of the service are improving but appointments are still very challenging.

I am happy with the care provided by the staff and GPs. The only issue I have is chasing test results.
Excellent GPs, challenging to get appointment

The GPs are excellent but getting an appointment is very challenging. We have to wait for at least 3 days to see our GP.
