Good GP but challenging to get appointments

The GP is very good but booking an appointment is a big challenge all of the time. You have to call at 8:00am and when you call you are 41st in the queue.
I don't struggle to book appointments

They are nice. Really nice and booking me in for appointments wasn't that difficult. I've seen my friends struggle to book appointments but I don't struggle. They're very good.
Long waiting lists for Autism/ADHD assessment

I have registered with them and asked for an Autism/ADHD assessment but I've been told there is a long waiting list. I find it hard to explain and talk about my symptoms with professionals as I feel there is not an understanding. I can see them for appointments and the doctors are good.
Physical examination via the phone

GP's are supposed to do the physical examination face to face not during a phone call. Now a days most of the appointments are phone appointments. I want to see my GP face to face not on the phone.
Unhelpful reception staff

Very difficult to get an appointment on the phone. The phone lines are always busy and the reception staff are not helpful at all.
Helpful and very fast referral

The surgery staff are very helpful/. The GP listens to you and tries to provide full support at all times. They referred me to QE for further treatment very quickly.
Won't pick up the phones.

They are very bad at responding to phone calls. I call them 20 times and they will not pick up.
Very good GP's

I have been with them for the last 20 years. Service has its ups and downs over the years but recently after covid they have improved a lot. It's difficult to get an appointment but the GP's are very good.

Very challenging and difficult

Getting an appointment is very difficult especially calling at 8:00am. I have a health condition and getting up at 8:00am to call for an appointment is very challenging and difficult.
