It's fine. I can book an appointment on the phone. If I use the online booking I can only access some for the services not all of them. Staff are kind on the phone and very quick. I see a GP or nurse depending on the problem. I've had same day appointments but only for specific things. They do book future appointments which is fine for me.

Difficult in this kind of day. I'm hoping it gets easier. They told me to use the machine to check in but I can't use them. You see the doctor for 2-3 minutes but you can wait a long time for the appointment. 1 hour waiting sometimes. The staff are okay. It's just the long waiting.

It is fine at the moment. I book over the phone and if they haven't got an appointment we just call back the next day. The call back service is good and works well. They offer appointments with doctors and nurses. If we see the nurse and she thinks we need to see a doctor she will book us in. The staff are quite friendly and communication is definitely better.

Excellent GP and can get appointments very easily. The treatment explanation and communication is very good regarding my daughter's special condition.

I am diabetic but they don't book any follow up appointments for me and I have to chase to get appointments and test results all the time. I am never provided with an interpreter and have to bring my family member to do the interpreting for me.

Everything is good apart from getting them on the phone. One time my urine samples were lost and so I had to give a fresh sample.
