Here at ENT for a follow up as the last appointment found a blockage in his nose and they want to see if it has cleared up and if it has helped his hearing which seems to be getting worse.

He had a hearing test in February and have had an ENT follow up appointment today. We have been waiting a long time for the appointment. Staff have been very good and explained everything very well. He will need to be monitored further.

My 13 year old son had grommets done here twice. We have had no problems. The experience has been very good and they have been really nice.

Very good at ENT. No long waits and the staff are really nice. I have had no problems. She has been on the waiting list for over a year and they have apologised. Were just waiting on the paediatrician to see her. They accidentally discharged her after 6 months and then had to put her back on the waiting list.

All has been good at rheumatology. The waiting times and the staff are good.

If you arrive a few minutes late it's difficult to see them. It has happened a few times but on the flip side the clinics can be running late. I have waited for an hour to be seen.

They were great at cardiology. They didn't see him very often, very three months. They recently discharged him as he no longer need the care there. Brilliant department and brilliant staff.

Seen quite quickly at cardiac clinic but when you go back to get the results from the doctor, the review takes a long time so there needs to be a better balance of time.

He was seen and weighed as soon as he arrived. There have been times when we have waited 30 to 40 minutes. They put you in a room and so the visualisation of someone waiting has gone. They apologise for delays but you never get a reason. The staff are very good though. They are always very informative and get to a personal level with you which is really nice.

We came for blood tests for my son. They are very calm and take their time with him.
