They gave me really good advice and they're helpful. Since they discharged me, they've referred me onto Northfield Creative Hub. They've been so helpful!

Can't even access the callback option because it says I'm at front of queue for last 30 minutes, I need help
After months of support I am no better off.

I felt like the manager and support worker did not care about my wellbeing.

Support workers are not very understanding

Birmingham Mind accommodation. The support workers are not very understanding, they said they were going to put a letter out. They are on my case, I am trying my best. They already know my situation but are not very understanding and intrude in my privacy when I am not feeling well.

It is a wonderful service that strives to break the stigma and reinforce confidence and compassion within its service users and staff. They stand up for us and beside us.

They only have 1 base as far as I know which made getting an appt difficult to the point I gave up
