Staff on NICU were lovely.

Midwives were not very helpful. Didn't offer gas and air and just offered paracetamol. They made me feel a nervous wreck. Thought there could have been more empathy. The care up to having the baby was great it was just giving birth. Can't say it was all the midwives on induction ward or delivery suite. There was one really nice one and staff on intensive care/neonatal were lovely.

They have been good. Good communication about appointments. Staff have been helpful and really nice. Blood's have been waiting a long time but for scans and seeing the doctor I haven't been waiting too long.

Staff are okay. No long waits. Good communication about appointments. Great midwives and never have to wait too long. Better than Heartlands.

Poor communications. Doctors are nice.

I had an appointment for my 28 week scan. Turned up and they said on the system it was cancelled. I've not been notified and they've no notes on the system to say why it's been cancelled. Sent from scan to antenatal clinic and midwife is trying to find out what's going on. We have jobs and have to find cover for appointments. Lack of communication. Have been previous mix ups with dates or what they appointment is for e.g. saying it's a scan but it's something else. Doctors have been nice, just feel like the admin side of things is not as good.

It's Busy. A 2.5 hours from start to now. I had a scan this morning, BP check and now waiting for Doctor. Only been waiting 20/25 minutes. I have been told to wait until called. Generally communication is quite good. Staff are good in general.

They did a good job

I had a screening there and everything was fine. I waited 3 weeks for an urgent appointment but I was okay with it because it's not a big problem. Everything was fine in the end and I think they did a good job.
