An urgent referral within a week.

I had an urgent referral which took a week. They sent the letter regarding the appointment through the post, the GP and through a text where you have to put in accurate date of birth to access the letter.
Lovely staff and helpful

The hospital has been lovely. The staff are lovely and helpful. I've been coming here for a few years. I had a hysterectomy here. I thought I would have had keyhole but they don't do it here.
A 3 year wait for treatment

Myself and wife want to access fertility services. We are not getting enough help. we wanted to go to a place in Solihull but they won't provide funding on NHS. Our referral for treatment could take 3 years on the waiting list and we are already in our 40's and want children.
I can get appointments easily.

Very helpful staff. Lots of information is provided during consultations. I can get and change appointments very easily.

I have been waiting for a long time today. Doctors are very nice and the staff are also nice. They need to improve the appointment times though.
