I've been waiting 3 hours so far.

It's 10:40 and I have been waiting for nearly 3 hours. I waited 1 hour for a scan. I've come around to antenatal clinic and been waiting here since. Nobody has said there's been any delays. It's not usually like this. I've never waited this long. The staff have been fine today, it's just the wait.

Nearing a 4 hour wait but staff are fantastic

October 19, 2023
It's been okay. I've been here since 9:15 am, it's my first appointment. I had a scan, all was good. It didn't take a long time. I'm waiting now to see the consultant, have blood's and get a prescription. It's nearing a 4 hour wait. They've communicated with me well enough. The staff have been fantastic.

Husband missed the scan.

October 19, 2023
I was looking for a car parking space from 10 o'clock. I left work and I have been waiting for 3 hours. My husband ended up missing the scan because he couldn't find any parking. We are not happy today. It's very busy and not usually like this when we come.

The clinic needs rethinking.

The whole clinic needs rethinking to improve the wait times and flow of the clinic. Improve the communication between staff and patients and also data protection as my blood labels were mixed up.

Long waiting times

October 18, 2023
It's very difficult to find parking. There is long wait times when attending clinic appointments. I came here for a scan almost 3 hours ago. The staff are friendly and professional. The waiting times are not communicated to the patients.
