Had text saying had appointment at outpatients. Arrived at hospital and didn't have a clue where to go. None of the staff had a clue so Guessed it was Gynaecology. Lucky guess but could done with more information on the txt.
Not told in advance about LFT

Was frustrated with Staff at the front door. They wouldn't let me in with wife. We was already late for appointment. So had to get a LFT which then made me miss half of the baby scan. They could have told us this before hand.
Car park was a joke

Car park was a joke Took 40 mins to get parking space. This made me miss my wife first scan.
