We went there for second opinion for my daughter’s lung failure. They did all the tests and were very helpful. They provided all the information about the treatment available.

Went initially because I wanted to be assessed and monitored so that I could be referred to ROH for procedure. They sent me to ROH after they have done all there tests. Nice place and nice staff.

I am under the priory at the moment. No trouble since I’ve been going there. They are good.

Saw consultant and they did scans and from there they made a referral.
Ended up going private, NHS wait too long

I saw the consultant last August at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and they sent out an appointment which has been cancelled 3 times. I finally saw the consultant and did attend The Priory to see a consultant there in the end as the waiting list was so long.
First appointment was a completely pointless

Total waste of time had an appointment with the knee clinic which was switched to a phonecall at the last minute.
The Dr barely spoke to me for more than 3 mins told me he needed to see me in person and then just put the phone down on me.

I have been a patient at BMI Priory Edgbaston since February 2021. The service and consideration given by the medical staff has been reasonable but not really satisfactory and feels like it is being to drawn out as my insurance company is paying the bills, i.e come back and see us again at such a time, we'll do this next time. So after numerous appointments, am still no further forward and my own doctor has been very surprised at the extended time frame. I made a formal complaint to their Clinical Services Director who stated they would investigate and a response would be within 14 days (under their own promised code of conduct). So after near 6 weeks of chasing, still no legitimate response despite their assurance and the reply I have had from that person was utter nonsense in relation to the complaint. They do not make you feel like a patient but just as a customer. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend.
