Thank you for your feedback. We would very much like to understand more about this concern. It maybe that we are offering you an annual review for another problem such as hypertension. We fully agree that the annual scans and hospital tests are the most appropriate way to monitor your neuroendocrine cancer and we suspect we are doing an annual review due to some other long-term condition. However, this is all guessing. If you feel able to, please contact us to discuss this with a manager or GP and then we can check that we aren't duplicating or doing unnecessary tests.
