Wasn't happy

I had heart surgery here and a bowel issue where they did a biopsy. They didn't check on me after my surgery and I wasn't happy with them for that.
Waited 6 months for an appointment

They give you an appointment after a long time waiting. I had a lump in my leg and I got to see them after 6 months. By the time I got there the lump had gone. They didn't offer an x-ray. It keeps coming and going.
Always provide an interpreter

My last visit was September 2024 but they always give me an interpreter for my appointments.

I went for a hernia operation 2 years ago and stayed on the ward for 3 days. Care and treatment was excellent.
Took ages for my results

I went for an x-ray just before the hospital shut down and it took ages for my results to come through.

I went to A&E with a lung condition mid 2024 and I didn't wait long but it was empty. The consultant told me I needed an x-ray and booked me in for the next day.
They were amazing

In October I went for an x-ray. There were calm in there and explained everything that was going to happen and even when I would get the results. They were amazing.

In early 2024 I ended up in A&E there and they got me through quickly and sent me for emergency surgery as they said it was close to rupturing. The care was good back then.
