Rubbish. The A&E staff aren't good. They couldn't help me. They were disgusting and left me on the floor so I ended up taking myself home and asked to be transferred to Sandwell, which the GP did.

My mom is has been waiting for heart surgery for over a year. The waiting list is long and we are worried about her health.

I went for a CT scan and waited 3 hours for my turn. They were running very late.

I had physiotherapy here and it was a long queue for the appointment. The staff were good though and helped me. They're proper safe.

I have a blood disorder so I go there every month checks on my blood. Sometimes I have transfusions. They know their stuff.
