I went here with a broken arm and waited for 7 hours before I was seen.

Very poor service received at maternity triage. A very long wait with no support provided at all. I was so disappointed from the maternity services that I changed my hospital to the Birmingham women's.

I went to Birmingham treatment centre here for blood screening a number of times. I've had a very good experience every time.

I had care here when I had prostate cancer. Urology was good. I was referred quickly and they helped me as much as they could. The follow up has not been the best and sometimes they don't explain everything to me. I need to sort out a GP to make sure I'm getting help for when my prostate flares up.

The doctors and nurses were just rushing through without explaining and providing information about the treatment I was receiving.

The hospital gave me a Zimmer frame and have given me a walking aid after a fall. They came out and looked at my house and gave me things to help me. They looked after me well.

Most appointments are sent online. I can't always increase the font on the phone. they come through by text and you get a link. There's no option to use it on anything other than on the phone. I've long given up on letters in large print. City Road have spoken to them and they said its like flogging a dead horse. It's a bit hit and miss. Some are sent by text and some by email. It needs joined up thinking. If you haven't got access to the internet and phones are not appropriate then there needs to be another way.

My grandmother was an inpatient for 3 weeks. Very good support and treatment was provided. All the staff including the nurses were great.

A&E doctors were very poor in picking up the issues. They are more interested in sending you back home ASAP.

I took my child to the treatment centre. We waited a while but were seen by a very good doctor.
