They were okay. The service was good and they helped my family.
They missed my fracture.

I had a minor accident and it took them 8 days to diagnose a hairline fracture. I tired to access them but was told it wasn't an emergency. I find there are patients in the waiting room that are not needing to really be there. That's probably why they screen people and they missed my diagnosis.
Helpful but very long waiting times.

When it's really bad I go to the A&E department where it takes a long time to wait. They do help but the wait is just very long.

I had food poisoning and they were okay. It was a long queue and wait. They were very helpful though. I had to use them as I hadn't registered with the GP at that point.

I went to the treatment centre here for bloods and scans. The staff are very caring and helpful.

I was referred there by my GP to the hand clinic. The referral took 6 months but the consultant that I saw was very helpful.

The A&E department building is very old and lacks basic facilities. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The seating and waiting area is in a poor state.
