If you go to the A&E and it's not a heart related issue they will pass you to an in house GP and ask you to follow the yellow line which take you to the GP waiting area where you have to wait hours.

I go to the hospital for general check ups. The doctors are good but getting an appointment is very difficult and time consuming. The hospital itself is okay.

I had my polyps removed here. They were good and saw me quickly. They did a consultation and referred me onto Sandwell for removal. They arranged the operation quickly and the communication was good.

The reception team were very rude and unhelpful. The toilets were dirty and the seating area was in a poor state.

It was very good. I was in A&E from 6pm to 1am. I was having pain in my chest. They did blood tests and x-rays. They gave me an injection to make sure there were no blood clots. Their treatment was very satisfying after a 6 hour wait but could have been quicker as we waited 1 and half hours after going to A&E. There needs to be quicker treatment to save patients.

During covid I was an inpatient on a covid ward for 20 days. They saved my life. Excellent care and treatment was received.

I went there for bloods and a scan. I was seen on time and the nurses were very polite and helpful. The results were posted to me and my GP within a week.

I go there for my diabetes check up and blood tests. The hospital is not very clean and staff are rude.

I was reluctant to go to the GP about skin cancer. I was referred within 2 weeks. They gave us medication to get stuff off his head. They took skin from his leg to be put on his head. He had another op where they took skin from his arm. He was very well looked after and they check up on him every week at first and now it's every month. He sees the cancer nurse or the consultant who give good advice. The only trouble we had is they gave the wrong number and it's hard to get through to them.

A very average hospital. The way they approach and talk to you. They need to talk to people in a human way. They are just arrogant. These consultants think they're better than you.
