A very long wait.

A very long wait and in the end they just send you back home with only pain killers.

I went to the treatment centre for bloods a number of times. They have very kind and helpful staff. They posted the results within a week and also informed my GP about the test results.
Couldn't fault the care I received.

I was in here when I had covid and I had great care. The staff were there one day and not the next as covid was getting everyone but I couldn't fault the care.

Very poor service received at maternity triage. A very long wait with no support provided at all. I was so disappointed from the maternity services that I changed my hospital to the Birmingham women's.

I went to Birmingham treatment centre here for blood screening a number of times. I've had a very good experience every time.
Urology department was good.

I had care here when I had prostate cancer. Urology was good. I was referred quickly and they helped me as much as they could. The follow up has not been the best and sometimes they don't explain everything to me. I need to sort out a GP to make sure I'm getting help for when my prostate flares up.
Doctors & nurses rushing and not explaining.

The doctors and nurses were just rushing through without explaining and providing information about the treatment I was receiving.

The hospital gave me a Zimmer frame and have given me a walking aid after a fall. They came out and looked at my house and gave me things to help me. They looked after me well.
