Excellent

Excellent had lumpectomy first and then had to go back for total mastectomy because they didn’t manage to get it all away.
Good hospital

I was referred to the Chest Clinic from this hospital. My partner was under them for chest issues and then they referred me for x-rays. Good hospital.
Waiting time really bad

Waiting time really bad. We waited 3 hours with a big gash. One person said she needed stiches other said she needed butterfly stiches. She ended up having butterfly stiches.
Physio stopped because of lockdown

I had a bar put in my leg and ended up staying in hospital. Gave me a bit of physiotherapy but it stopped because of lockdown and not heard from them since.
Communicated with autistic son really well

I went to the children's A&E and he was treated within an hour and a half. The treatment was excellent and the staff were brilliant with my son who has autism and they communicated with him really well and made him feel comfortable enough to go into the X-ray by himself.
There is a long wait there

If I feel I have a pain I will walk into the A&E and there is a long wait there which is ok but when you are in severe pain it is very difficult.

Good experience stayed in for one night, was not bad. Midwifes were really good and took good care of me and my baby.
Difficult to get follow up appointment

I had my surgery over there which was good but after care is not that good, very difficult to get follow up appointment.

Staff were excellent and full support provided. But waited for a long time to be called in for appointment.
Had to wait 6 hours

Had to wait 6 hours – no doctors, they did tests and diagnosed her. She lost lot of wait and was referred to outpatients in the hospital. The care was good and they found out what was wrong with my wife.
