Long waiting times.

A&E is very busy. I burnt myself really bad and went to wait. Couldn't wait as they said it was an 8 hours. Ended up leaving and dressing it myself in until I went to the walk in the next day.
Diabetes clinic have been great

I used to go for diabetes checks. They referred me onto Sandwell during pregnancy then they referred onto women's. Been going there the past 10 years and they have always been great. Will refer me back once I've given birth.
Terrible

Terrible. They never send letters for appointments and then say that I have missed them. They're terrible. Then I have to go through the whole referral process again.

I was referred from my GP about my eyes. They were excellent but felt they had done all they could in regards to my eyes. They said the best place was QE so referred me onto them. It didn't take too long.

I fell and ended up in A&E. I had no long wait and was taken by ambulance. It was good. I ended up staying in. It was a clean hospital. Staff were great and the food was good.

Identified the main cause of lung failure

After 2 years of misdiagnosis for lung failure by GP, finally City hospital identified the main cause of lung failure and referred us to QE.
Explained everything so I understood care

Had to go for a scan. I recently turned 51 so I was called for a mammogram. It was alright. I was weary of the machines, they explained everything and made sure I understood what was happening. I wasn't there too long and it was a quick appointment.
Appointments on time- provide interpreter

Good hospital. Good staff. They do provide an interpreter so I know what is happening with my care, appointments are always on time too.
No issues here.

I go here for my hearing aids and they are very good, they're very helpful and I'm seen quickly. No issues here.
