If I feel I have a pain I will walk into the A&E and there is a long wait there which is ok but when you are in severe pain it is very difficult.

Good experience stayed in for one night, was not bad. Midwifes were really good and took good care of me and my baby.

I had my surgery over there which was good but after care is not that good, very difficult to get follow up appointment.

Staff were excellent and full support provided. But waited for a long time to be called in for appointment.

Had to wait 6 hours – no doctors, they did tests and diagnosed her. She lost lot of wait and was referred to outpatients in the hospital. The care was good and they found out what was wrong with my wife.

Just the same, well organized easy to find way around. Good communication. I understood what they were telling me. they have been brilliant.

The maternity care is not good here. I went in during covid 2020 to triage at 5am as I was 20+5 weeks pregnant and I was bleeding and feeling pressure. I spoke to the receptionist who said very sharply 'well maybe you're having a miscarriage' but she was so rude and she was speaking rubbish to me. They took me to a room in triage where she examined me and I gave birth. They later let my husband into me but it was not a very nice experience for me. It upset me so much.

Very good they are brilliant, I was looked after very well.

Diabetes team are amazing based on the individuals giving care. I have a long standing relationship with them and they were fantastic. They transferred me to the Women's during this pregnancy. I was originally transferred to Sandwell but they cancelled the appointment there as the care was transferred to the Women's.

Sleep apnea – They are good, can get appointment the staff are really kind. They listen to me and I feel listened to. They were good during Covid, Very happy with them.
