They forget about you

They ignore you and make you wait longer. They forget about you, after all the wait they send me to Sandwell hospital. Rubbish service
It was very quick

Went to city hospital for a chest X-ray and blood test, it was very quick and didn’t wait long. Doctors and receptionist were all very friendly.

Takes too long and no communication

Long waits in the A&E. I didn't want to go but the urgent care centre wouldn't see me. It takes so long, no communication and it feels like you're waiting an eternity to be seen. Its rubbish, so dirty as well.
Took to long to get physio appointment

I was in City Hospital for 5 days after my knee operation. I also saw the physiotherapist there. Physiotherapist was good but took too long to get the appointment.
Kept my family informed about care

When I had covid I had to stay for a few days. The ward was nice but I was really poorly with covid. But nice staff, great care and kept my family in the know about what was going on with me.

Full medical checkup didn’t take a long time to get an appointment. The health insurance registered me with a GP and arranged for me to have my full checkup.
