City Hospital

Palliative care team was good. Moved three times in the hospital. She would say where is my daughter. 3:30am moved mum back to care home. Shouldn’t have done that.

They admitted me for 3 days. They do a good job, they don’t help me. they have to know what’s going on with the children.

Had two glaucoma surgeries on her eyes. I think right eye is not working properly.

I had my knees done here, was in and out the same day, they can do it.

It's okay, just okay. Staff are fine, brilliant consultants, they're lovely. You wait there longer than you would at the Children's. The buildings nasty, its run down. Have people lying all over the chairs that shouldn't be there.

It's okay, but the night staff were not very nice. I was in there for 5 days after having my son. My son pood when he was born and had an infection. I was told by the day staff to not leave him when I went to the toilet and to buzz if I needed them. When I did buzz for the staff, She told me don't use it, it's for emergency only. I found them not good. I did not like my stay. The night staff were very very careless.

They're good. I get all my appointments on time, I don't have to chase them at all. Get all of my letters and I'm happy there.

I had an appointment with the midwife for my 12 week scan. I started to bleed heavily as I was going to my appointment. I got to my appointment and told the receptionist what was happening and she said the midwives would not see me and to go striaght to A&E. The nurses were so personable in A&E. The doctor who saw me treated me like she didn't care about me. She said to me, 'why would you want the baby, let nature take it's course'. She then went on to show me what my body was expelling. There were two nurses there and they were so personable, they really listened to me, very positive about what was happening. They went above and beyond.

I was sent to A&E for an x-ray when I hurt my hand. I saw the triage nurse who sent me to another doctor. A&E was full, but I was sent to another room where there was one person in front of me so not so bad. I saw a nurse and doctor, they put a splint on my hand and sent me home with paracetamol and Ibuprofen.

Really good experience of having my son here, when I arrived there it was empty. Had him before lockdown, was a good experience and husband could stay with me.
