Very professional seen in a timely manner. Clear and concise in the information they were giving me following my Xray. They were very reassuring and patient and answer all the questions I was happy with everything before leaving the hospital.

Son had a fever for 4 days, took him there. They were helpful and good. son was born at the hospital too. Good experience and good midwives.

They said that the external hearing aid would not work for my hearing, So I thought that I wouldn't be able to to have it.

Okay. My daughter broke her arm and they were not very good. Long waits in A&E so we weren't seen for 6-8 hours. They didn't let us know what was going on.

My friend had a fall. He got in touch with me and an ambulance came and took him to City Hospital. He was seen quickly by orthopaedics and was put in a neck brace and they said he could go home but he was being sick. The physiotherapist came to see him and said he wasn't well and organised for him to be moved to a ward. The staff in A&E didn't introduce themselves and were quickly in and out when they came to see him. On the ward he was moved to, the staff were really friendly, really good. However, my friend had a further diagnosis, and they told him thus when he was by himself, not when he had family around.

Pretty reasonable, happy with service and staff.

Good. GP booked appointment for me and they checked my chest. They were good.

Palliative care team was good. Moved three times in the hospital. She would say where is my daughter. 3:30am moved mum back to care home. Shouldn’t have done that.

They admitted me for 3 days. They do a good job, they don’t help me. they have to know what’s going on with the children.

Had two glaucoma surgeries on her eyes. I think right eye is not working properly.
