I had a mild stroke and see the consultant there every 3 weeks to do muscle therapy. They treated me well and helped me back to health and with my recovery. Good hospital and staff, they were all brilliant.

Midwife on ward not helpful
May 3, 2023
I wasn't impressed. It could have been more nicer, had better expectations with it being my first baby. I asked for help with how to change a nappy, the midwife said I should watch a Youtube video. I was not impressed by them. They were helpful in the delivery room but when I went to the ward, that's when I didn't find it helpful.

My mom is staying in the hospital. It's a really good hospital and I'm really happy with moms care at the moment.

I ended up going to City Hospital to sort out my problems. I went to the A&E department as I was unable to get an appointment with my own doctor.

Rheumatology
April 5, 2023
They kept me in for one week after I had my accident and then they referred me to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. I have also attended the rheumatology department, it took a while for me to get referred from my GP as I saw them last year about my issue and finally got my first appointment last week.
Process of booking interpreter is difficult

Process of booking interpreter is very difficult for that you have to phone which I can’t. As a result usually I don’t have a interpreter. There is a nurse who does interpretation for me.
