City Hospital

Mom’s been hare a few times and they really looked after her.

Really good, we go for appointments. I don’t see anything wrong with this hospital.

For most of my maternity appointments I have to wait for more than 1h

It was alright easy to get to and go around as hospitals go. They do care, they were okay with me in Hospital. Sometimes I feel like I understand and they explain everything to me.

I cut open my foot, went to A&E at 10:30am and they told me it would be a 4.5 hour wait. The nurse said she couldn't check the wound if there was a splinter in it. I waited until 1pm. I saw triage within 1 hour of arriving. I came away in the end because it was taking too long and seeked private medical advice from a doctor. They told me to clean the wound and put on an antiseptic bandage.

I went to city hospital and there was a nurse on the door and she said Covid at this hospital, please take extra precautions. I really needed to see someone so ended up going to Sandwell A&E and waited 7 hours for a doctor to see me.

Had an operation, doctor and nurses were very nice. I have no complaints. Food was not good but clean hospital.

Inpatient treatment very good but poor outpatients treatment. Have to chase and wait long for appointments.

Wonderful, I love it. as much as you can. Medical staff are wonderful. Can’t fault them. I love them. I like in there. Replaced my hips and knees. I am bionic, they look after me. I am well looked after.
