I took my husband to A&E with chest pain and they checked him straight away and provided the support immediately.
MS nurse is good.

I see the MS Nurse through City Hospital. They contact me every 6 months, they are good.
A&E is very time consuming

The A&E department is very time consuming, it's long winded.
No one has called me about appointment

I had my last MRI scan at this hospital and the neurologist was meant to phone me. No-one called me. They cancelled one of my appointments and I've not even had a call to say why it was cancelled.
I didn't like it, they couldn't prioritise me

I had a mamba attack, I didn't like A&E. Would have rather gone to my doctor. They didn't treat me very well. They couldn't prioritise me.

They are good and quite quick when they see you. Need to find a NHS dentist.

Had 14 operations at various hospitals including the City hospital and they have always looked after me fine.

Went to A&E and was out in an hour – good service. They took out glass from my foot.
