Very quick appt for the haematuria clinic. Staff took time to introduce themselves and what to expect. Especially grateful to two nurses.

Great care by the staff on the unit but awful phone lines when trying to obtain information

Lack of continuity of care lead to a confused approach both by medics and nurses. This meant the admission was inappropriately long and unsatisfactory.
