Heart clinic is good, can always get an appointment.
No aftercare available for menopause support

No aftercare available for menopause support. Had hysterectomy no follow up support offered at all. The service is poor, I need help and support which is not there.
Staff were not compassionate

Husband had a ruptured appendix. He was in severe pain and got there at 7pm, he was then transferred to another hospital at 11pm. A&E should have assessed him quicker. Staff were not compassionate.

I go there for my treatment. The hospital does look a bit run down but the staff there are excellent. No long waits for appointments at ENT or to be seen. They are brilliant.
Care was good, hospital is in disrepair

I was there 3 weeks ago in the A&E in the early hours of the morning. Consultant was good with me. Hospital is in disrepair, it's a dive, it needs demolishing.
Saw me and helped me

I went to the maternity triage with concerns and even though I wasn't registered to them, they saw me and helped me when I was having pains.
Transferred care to another hospital - good

The care was good here but it was too far and I struggled to get there and back. So they transferred my care to the Women's hospital, it's all be pretty straight forward.

Everything is run down, seems its been done on purpose. They are understaffed. I don't use any of the services, there's no point, too much bureaucracy. Good with me, looked after me. They were excellent. But I think the NHS has been designed to fail.

I had my son there 13 months ago. I had a caesarean in the end, they were good.
Took a while to get a diagnosis

I had a bleed on my brain, ended up staying in for 3 months. They took a white to get to the bottom of things and to tell that it was a brain bleed. Once they found out, they transferred me to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
