Virtually impossible to speak to our daughter’s consultant separately. Have waited in excess of 30 mins in a phone queue and then been cut off because on in queen for a long time. I put down the phone and gave up because I was convinced none was there.

I would never tell anyone to have the baby at City Hospital. Serenity Suite is stunning, one midwife saying push, one saying don't push - baby's heartbeat dropping, lady eating chewing gum.
- Found out I had cancer during delivery, 3 tumours came away - it seemed like they were playing with them.
Treatment Centre better - communication could be better.
Meant to be having a scrape/camera but booked in for preparation for hysterectomy.

Communication between trusts needs improving

Communication between trusts needs improving - should be speaking to each other - If I have an appointment at one hospital - any hospital should be able to tell me and when.
- That way I can avoid having 2 appointments at the same time on the same day.
- Lack of signposting in hospital - It says go to so and so place but then no signs about.

Clinics running late

As an outpatient with a recurring foot injury, I have regularly used the services by both hospitals. My experience on the whole has been quite positive; regarding the staff in particular. However, on this particular day the clinic is apparently running a massive two hours late! As I have had to attend various clinics in the past, I know what this can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but the regularity of this is a concern. Instances such as this can also prove costly due to the cost of parking at these hospitals.
