They were very fast in diagnosis, then surgery. Consultants, nurses and other staff are friendly and supportive.

It was not bad but could be a lot better.

I liked going to see the woman who did the Acupunture treatment but I do not think that the staff ie Nurses or Doctors Rheumatologist are people person and have a abrupt attitude about them. Most of the time I saw the Nurses and Doctors and Receptionist on their mobile or chatting in the middle of the corridor while there was patients waiting to be seen and I do not think that this is appropriate in a establishment such as a hospital where people attend because they are ill or have treatment to have and the staff are busy chatting about what they are going to do at the weekend and telling all their personal matters out in public in front of patients who do not need to hear this. Not appropriate or Professional.

doctors dont look at scans properly

unknown
September 26, 2015
MRI of Spine and Neck missed problem
CT of Abdomen and Pelvis missed problem
CT of chest missed problem twice
Treated for totally wrong thing for 3 years
Should have checked for diabetes as cause of urine problems
Now been told to much damaged has been caused and cant be fixed but still they cant tell me what the problem is yet the problem is on all of the scans but has been missed. If you make a complaint they don't take it seriously and take over 12 months to look into it and then they ask the same radiographer to look at the scans when they are the ones that missed it in the first place totally negligent hospital

Accident and emergency services

From the ambulance, A and E to the ward brilliant. The staff are second to none! The hospital is spotless. Food is ok but I shouldn't grumble about it because there are many people who don't have food. You can tell your staff they should be proud. I'm very proud of the staff from the cleaner to the nurse and doctors they all play a vital part on making my stay I carm and relaxing one ( thank you )
