Good and bad - had to go for a scan on a Sunday.afternoon excellent service for the elderly only, also had appointments cancelled/ delayed , was also told by one consultant( who has left now) that I shouldn't keep attending the clinic as I was too old and had too much wrong with me.

Very safe and clean, it was very organised there were no patients hanging around everyone was being directed where to go and keep a safe distance, even the person giving the vaccine explained in detail what they were doing, afterwards you was looked after and asked if you felt well and as people were leaving the chairs were getting deep cleaned

It's hit n miss which nurses you get as to weither your experience is good or bad I have been there 4 times in two weeks 3 were very good the other one I was left on a ward booked in for an hour n a half it's only cause I interrupted the nurses chatting I said am I having my infusion they didn't even know I hadn't been put on canular wasn't even done.

I am working as a part time interpreter, but when I experienced service provided there in AMU and afterwards at ward 26 I was overly disappointed regarding care in the ward. It needs a lot more effort, staffing and passionate communication levels to deal with sick people.
