Excellent when dealing with my son who had 2 broken fingers

They seen to be interested and helpful ,phoned appointment, laid out what to do next ,I did it ,they said they would send test bottles for me to send back , they did not send and sent a letter saying i had not sent bottles so no follow-up, I have been really ill and phoned the Secretary and explained the bottles hasn't been sent so she sent them and i returned them and waited for results ,no word so phoned Secretary and she said the consultant had left the trust, so they will put a flag on my notes for the new consultant to write to me ,she said it could take two weeks, but to phone if i haven't heard and keep phoning....

Virtual call on time. checking who I am before discussion, consultation as good as being seen face to face as spoke at a pace for me and could understand. Time for question.

Good and bad - had to go for a scan on a Sunday.afternoon excellent service for the elderly only, also had appointments cancelled/ delayed , was also told by one consultant( who has left now) that I shouldn't keep attending the clinic as I was too old and had too much wrong with me.

Cancer follow up with ENT over the last 4 years.

Very safe and clean, it was very organised there were no patients hanging around everyone was being directed where to go and keep a safe distance, even the person giving the vaccine explained in detail what they were doing, afterwards you was looked after and asked if you felt well and as people were leaving the chairs were getting deep cleaned

The staff were professional and friendly. Very helpful. Put me at ease. The whole experience was quick and very efficient.

From the moment I received a letter asking for me to contact them to make a mutual appointment to the end of my procedure I was fully informed and made to feel at ease. The department appeared organised and professional.
