appointment time 14.15 still sitting waiting at 1600 hours then 30 second consoltation as notes are mislaid come back in 2 weeks 2 weeks later same again

Was told someone would be out to do a development check between 10 and 12 but no one came or called ...

Came out in tears should have been weight and blood pressure done before seeing the doctors only to tell me about my weight and told me I had depression that's what was causing my aches and pains I am trying to lose weight and I am not depressed and my husband could not come in with me so I guess I'll have to suffer I think he thought I was putting it on talk about quick my husband couldn't belive how quick I was

From the ambulance, A and E to the ward brilliant. The staff are second to none! The hospital is spotless. Food is ok but I shouldn't grumble about it because there are many people who don't have food. You can tell your staff they should be proud. I'm very proud of the staff from the cleaner to the nurse and doctors they all play a vital part on making my stay I carm and relaxing one ( thank you )

Worst place to go for an appointment. Unorganised. Kept waiting over an hour every appointment!

I am so very grateful for the care I received at Birmingham City Hospital, during my stay from Sat 22nd to Tues 25th August. The nursing staff were really caring.

too much of self promotion and information useless for patients. Could not find appointments functions. Nightmare for users.

I need to get a blood test done at a weekend, as I have a full time job in London and live at my normal home in Birmingham at weekends. Not a single location throughout the Sandwell and Birmingham NHS Trust appears to be open after office hours. I believe the government is trying to get the NHS to serve working taxpayers at weekends and about time too.

I was booked in last week for an EMG/NCS at the Clinical Neurophysiology Dept.

The entire staff work tirelessly, d16 the ward is spotless.
