Quite a wait to be seen
November 21, 2018
They don’t really know about their medicine. They don’t know about injections, I feel like they offer the cheapest option available and rely on symptoms too much. There is quite a wait to be seen. You have to book an appointments on the day. Multiple doctors, misinformation. I feel like they aren’t trained in nutrition. I'm not signposted to other services either.
very bad, refused to see us, no call back

some receptionist don't know what you want from them, when call back requested GP don't call you have to chase it ,when you ask for explanation they say you are rude, some GP are just arrogant to you

Very good up to now.
Gave same prescription

Eden Court referred ok. Went to sort out knee, wanted an appointment sent to triage. Knew something was wrong with knee, had to push for MRI. When at hospital choose money over people's health. Wrong. These are people's lives they are messing with. How do GPs stay up to date, working 20/30 years. How do they get time to update and train? New things every week. Give same prescriptions, what about diet/exercise. GP ok referral.
Difficult to get appointment, no good treatment

Feel Drs rush you, never get an appointment no good treatment. Told to take painkillers, still hurts.
Online appointment, CAB comes every week

Very friendly, helpful. I can get an online appointment. Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) comes to meet every week if you need. Really good with diabetes care need. Friendly and personal service.
